Cisco candidates can register and schedule by:
Visiting the candidate website (http://www.pearsonvue.com/cisco). Calling the Cisco registration number at the call center. Candidates can phone the call center at 1-877-404-3926 (toll free) Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Contacting a Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center.
Cisco exams should be scheduled at least one full business day (24 hours) in advance.Cisco will not allow candidates whose primary residence is in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or Syria to register for any Cisco exams.
Refer to the Cisco website for current information on Cisco retake policies and general Cisco exam policy at: http://www.cisco.com/go/exampolicy/ Candidates who need to cancel or reschedule their appointment must do so twenty-four (24) hours in advance of their exam appointment.
Cisco allows a 30-minute time extension for all English exams delivered to candidates who reside in non-English speaking countries. This accommodation will automatically be granted to eligible candidates when they register.
If a candidate fails an exam, the candidate must wait at least five calendar days before retaking it again. For example, if a candidate takes an exam on Thursday and fails it, the candidate cannot retake the exam until the following Wednesday.
